Terms & Conditions — Crypto 4 Giftcards

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Crypto 4 Giftcards ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a gift card or selling a card to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using crypto payments and digital gift cards is lawful where you live.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Buying Gift Cards

Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Crypto exchange rates are quoted by our payment processor.
Once the network confirms your crypto payment, we fulfil the gift card and email the code to the address you provided. Delivery is usually within minutes but can take longer during network congestion or brand outages.
All sales are final. Because gift card codes are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a code has been issued, except where required by law or if the code is verifiably invalid and the brand refuses to honour it.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery email and choosing the correct brand, country and denomination.

4. Selling Gift Cards

You warrant that any card you sell to us is legally obtained, unused, and that you have the right to transfer it.
We may verify a card before payout. Cards that are invalid, partially redeemed, or flagged as fraudulent will be rejected and no payout will be made.
Payouts are made in the crypto and to the wallet address you specify. Once a payout transaction is broadcast on-chain it cannot be reversed.

5. Fees

A platform commission (currently 10%) is included in the price shown at checkout or deducted from the sell-offer rate. Network fees for crypto transactions are borne by the sender.

6. Prohibited Use

Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Using stolen payment methods, stolen gift cards, or fraudulently obtained crypto.
Reselling our Service, scraping the catalog, or attempting to interfere with the platform's security.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that gift card brands will remain available, that codes will be redeemable in every region, or that crypto networks will confirm within a specific time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypto 4 Giftcards is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
